Я знаю, что это не совсем по-научному ... но мы первому боксеру всю жизнь варили кашу на мясном бульоне, потом, конечно, с мясом и овощами все смешивали. Он 11 лет прожил.

Я на бульоне варю. Сначала варю мясо, потом доливаю немного воды, чтобы не так жирно было, и сыплю крупу.
