:xx Всем доброго дня! У моей собачки (7 мес) пролапс (выпадение) слезной железы на обоих глазках. У кого нибудь было такое? Что делать?

Нужно обязательно прооперировать собаку.
Ни в коем случае нельзя удалять слезную железу (раньше именно так и делали), эта железа дает 30% слезной жидкости. Если ее удалить, то разовьется сухой кератоконъюнктивит.
Есть несколько способов вправления и фиксации железы. Обратитесь к ветврачу, который хорошо знаком с ветеринарной офтальмологией.
