Про Креон нам вет говорила, что нельзя принимать длительным курсом, нужно разбивать на несколько курсов по 3-5 дней, иначе поджелудочная снижает выработку собственных ферментов. Ну и без показаний тоже не стоит. Мне в этом плане больше импонируют пробиотики, тоже пытались набрать вес - был неплохой эффект от ProKolin+, но он на крупную собу выходит экстремально дорогим.
